Muse Content Publisher ("the App") is a personal content-publishing tool. By using the App you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

• The App may only be used with TikTok accounts that you own or are fully authorized to manage.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the App and for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• The App publishes content through TikTok's official Content Posting API and does not scrape, automate interactions, or collect data about other users.

Availability and liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Publishing may fail or be delayed by TikTok's review and platform policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
